Using the Letsure website account holders are able to input information directly into our system, enabling you to receive an interim report within seconds. However, we appreciate that it may be more convenient to ask the tenant to complete a paper form. For this reason we have prepared forms in the correct format

Application Form Section A & B. One copy of these sections is required for tenancy. Up to 6 tenants may be put on one copy.

Application Form Section C, D & E. One copy of these sections is required for each tenant requiring an Assessment.

Application Form Section F, G, H & I. One copy of these sections is required for each tenant requiring a Guarantor Assessment.

Company Let Application Form . One copy of this form is required for each tenant requiring a Company Let assessment.
